Here’s what we’re looking for: We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach (f/m/d) who shares our passion for agile product development and is able to drive it forward.

Our autonomous teams (consisting of up to 9 people) are responsible for Design, Development, Quality Assurance and most importantly for delivering value to our customers.

Ultimately, our aim is for our teams to work effectively together and to achieve the best outcome.

That is why we are looking for a good listener and observer with the ability to ask powerful, open-ended questions.

Someone who is open to new experiments and has a drive for continuous learning, as well as understands the importance of self-improvement and self-reflection.

Your upcoming mission: You are responsible for coaching agile teams as well as individuals and empowering them to become a high performing team to make quick and sustainable decisions.You support the teams to reflect on their way of working in order to be efficient, effective and sustainable (e.g.

collaboration, predictability, transparency).Through your role, you proactively support the collaboration of the agile team and also thereby foster a learning and open feedback culture.You foster a culture that welcomes change, allows experimentation to drive innovation by organizing and facilitating meetings / workshops.

You share your knowledge, actively participate in the “Agile Coaches Community of Practice” and support Product Owner and the team regarding e.g.

priorities and workflows.You support the introduction and improvement of SAFe of the Agile Mindset and make sure that the team, the Product Owner and the ART are informed about the current state.You choose the right methodology for the team (e.g.

Lean UX, Kanban, Scrum, etc.), are responsible for the traceability of results and conduct regular retrospectives.

Essential skills and expectations: Degree in the field of science, engineering or similar.> 2 years relevant work experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach within product development, or alternatively >5 years within product development.SAFe, Jira, ideally Scrum master certification and experience with various methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, XPFor working in an international environment, you bring very good English skills, both written and verbal.The ability to identify conflicts and obstacles in the team and contribute to a solution.An attentive and empathetic nature to foster a culture that embraces change and values experimentation and innovation.Expert leadership with the ability to lead, motivate, inspire and empower people across different hierarchical levels in an international organization.Bonus skills:Experience mentoring and coaching other Agile Coaches / Scrum Masters by sharing your expertise and helping them grow.Experience working in hardware development.Ability to ask meaningful, open-ended questions and be a catalyst for new experiments.Self-reflection and willingness to self-improve for continuous learning.Your application:Please upload your current and meaningful CV and relevant certificates / references.
