Job Title: Senior Application Integration EngineerWork Location: Dallas, TX Education/Experience Required: 5+ years of combined hands-on programming experience, with the ability to rapidly learn new languages.

Job Description: The Senior Application Integration Engineer delivers software programs that enable guests, business teams, IT teams and external vendors.

Executes application development lifecycle.

Drives continuous improvement in solution performance, reliability, compliance, and efficiency.

The Senior Application Integration Engineer is primarily responsible for the definition and delivery of application integrations for Web, Mobility, CRM, and Loyalty across on premise, virtual, and cloud applications and systems.

Responsibilities: Analyze data API requirements working with 3 rd party vendors to understand existing interfaces and available data.

Clearly articulate gaps with current business processes providing recommendations to achieve objectives.

Design and deliver certified integrations to strategic 3rd party products and services as required and available.

Create product maps to clearly illustrate data flow between products and services.

Drive integration test automation to optimize service performance and ensure product quality Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute delivery of integrations and translate high-level feature requests into feasible designs Triage critical customer issues and provide technical guidance for customer engagement Performance tuning and continuous improvement.

Coordinate the functional testing efforts and support users during QA and User Acceptance Testing.

Provide application integration support and oversight to external vendors/contractors to ensure coding standards are adhered to, i.e.

perform code reviews, unit testing and systems integration testing (SIT) review.

Skills & Qualifications: Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field strongly preferred.

5+ years of combined hands-on programming experience, with the ability to rapidly learn new languages.

Familiarity with hospitality systems and data is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong experienced in building integration solutions and a background in cloud infrastructure technologies (i.e.

Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, MySQL, NoSQL) Strong programming experience in Java, JavaScript, Node.js.

Strong understanding of Linux/Unix operating systems and Shell scripting.

Strong experience in API architecture and development.

Strong experience designing and delivering integrations to/between strategic 3rd party products and services.

Experience with market-leading integration platform such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Tibco, etc.

is a plus.

Willing to learn, be proactive, and think creatively.

Proficient in defining detailed designs, technical specifications according to the requirements from the Business, which can then be implemented by either internal teams or third-party vendor.

Proficient in technical documentation, i.e.

develop application run/support instructions, recovery instructions, and other complex operational documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance to standards.

Ability to work in an agile environment with competing and shifting priorities.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, good listener, good interpersonal skills.

Strong experience in performance tuning.

Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose and resolve issues.

Strong attention to detail and high-quality deliverables.
