Senior FP&A Analyst


This is a Contract position in Fort Worth, TX posted August 29, 2021.

myOrthos is an OSO, an orthodontic service organization, and the only orthodontist-only dental service organization in the Northeast.

Our mission is to support orthodontic independence and individualized patient care with a scalable business infrastructure.

myOrthos is a next generation orthodontist platform, providing office management, marketing, recruiting, billing & collections and IT support to our partner practices.

We’re committed to taking care of our patients and our team members and we work alongside our clinical leaders to make decisions that support growth at the practice level, while nurturing what makes each practice unique.

We currently support 30 offices across 7 states with the goal of expanding to 100 providers over the next 4 years, with a target of acquiring two practices per month to achieve this goal.

Job Overview: Reporting to the Manager of Strategic Finance, the Senior FP&A analyst will support all financial forecasting across the organization.

The Senior FP&A analyst will interact frequently with senior executives and must become a trusted thought partner to the teams they support.

This role is responsible for managing and carrying out the key financial reporting activities that will help senior management understand the financial results and expectations of the company.

What You Will Do:
• Build a best-in-class, repeatable and scalable forecasting infrastructure to estimate financial results.

Understand and highlight key performance indicators and drivers of change within the financial results and present results to the management team to inform strategic decision making
• Prepare multi-site forecasts, compare to actuals, and provide analysis of site level performance to leadership
• Maintain and improve existing models and metrics, while developing and introducing new analytical frameworks that enhance insight, efficiency and decision-making speed.

• Support compensation planning and payouts
• Prepare monthly dashboard of operating results to identify trends and metrics that can be translated into actionable business improvements
• Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic, and other business decisions Do You Have The Right Experience?

• 2 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting in a high growth environment
• Expert excel skills with extensive experience building three-statement financial models and analyzing large data sets
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
