We are looking for a Solution Strategy Leader who can help our customers address these scenarios by creating services / solutions offerings using Microsoft’s cloud assets.

You will help us grow from our current half-billion business, which is growing very fast, with potential to become a billion-dollar business, with your leadership!Who We Are Looking ForYou will be a recognized thought leader who has experience developing world-class solutions that ultimately enable our customers to achieve more!

As technology adapts rapidly, we would also expect you, as a thought leader to empower your team to develop market responses via solutions that are timely within the marketplace.

You will be a results-oriented, revenue driver with the ability to drive analytical & strategic insight into complex business scenarios, build consensus through senior stakeholder communications, lead cross-group execution, and land both customer-facing and partner-facing impact.Key Qualifications:* 15+ years in business and sales strategy, with the ability to develop services / solution offerings and go-to-market strategies and programs, with a background in business planning, management consulting, financial or marketing management, and/or sales excellence.* Proven complex program management experience delivering solution offerings that drive business value to our customers and through partners.* Solid understanding of Microsoft’s strategy, product, and service offerings, as well as company culture* Must be a person of integrity, capable of excellent judgement and decision-making skills, showing the utmost discretion in the management of confidential corporate information.* Strong analytical mindset with ability to understand business metrics and customer & market trends.* Creative problem solving and entrepreneurial in your approach.* Effective at managing and thriving in ambiguous situations.* Ambitious, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, effectively manages priorities.* Confident with an ability to work and build strong relationships with senior managers, willing to take on big challenges, advocate a position, build a business case, and influence others.* Ability to effectively drive cross-group collaboration, impact, and influence.* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills* Interpersonal and conflict resolutions skills that include exceptional negotiation skills, able to drive alignment across many teams, and can function independently with success.* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related fields e.g.: business, marketing, or information technologyLocation/Travel: You may be based anywhere in the United States.
