Strategy & Transformation Lead – Exercises & Social Engineering

Come join JPMorgan’s Exercises and Social Engineering team which plans and conducts exercise simulations and social engineering testing across all major Lines of Business and Corporate Functions, thereby strengthening technology and business controls, improving cyber resiliency, and enhancing education and awareness efforts for today’s most prevalent cyber threats.

In this role you will interface with the firm’s senior business and technology leaders to drive increased focus on the team’s strategic-level priorities, including expansion of exercise solutions and tooling, increased automation, new supplier partnerships, and direct product and technology engagement.

Primary Roles/Responsibilities Lead overall strategy, transformation, and governance functions, including book of work (BoW) development, stakeholder engagement, budget planning, process uplift, and automation efforts Partner closely with Cybersecurity, Technology, and Busines s leadership to drive program maturity and development of meaningful measurements to communicate ongoing status/progress Liaise directly with Sourcing, Third Party Oversight, and Product Teams to enhance testing and exercise capabilities, vendor compliance with the Firm’s architecture and engineering security standards Drive coordination to develop and publish cyber education and awareness materials for internal and external stakeholders Coordinate with the Firm’s Data Use Council to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations involving the use of employee data during social engineering testing and assessments Spearhead development and communication of team strategy and capability uplift, inclusive of objectives, tasks, focus areas, and measures of merit Key Qualifications BS/MS degree in Cyberspace, Information Assurance, and/or Banking/Finance (equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree) with at least 8-10 years of professional experience Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, parallel, complex engagements collaboratively with a diverse set of stakeholders, subject matter experts, and senior leaders to build requirements and execute across a core set of project milestones Familiarity with how key international financial systems operate, to include an understanding of the current threat landscape, operational resiliency considerations, and possible systemic risk scenarios Experience developing and presenting briefings to senior leaders in addition to large group meeting facilitation and logistics planning Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively.

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and related technologies.

Background in metrics development, risk analysis & visualization, and automation is a plus.
