Make yourself at home with us and start doing your life’s best work (sm).Vivify Health is currently seeking a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst to work out of our Plano, TX office located within the Shops of Legacy. The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst (SCA) will be directly responsible to plan and control inventory across our complex medical device business. The SCA will work within a Vivify Operations division of ~100 employees and will support manufacturing efforts across our four different warehouses. The SCA must have a good understanding of supply chain, sourcing, and procurement activities and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. The SCA will report directly to the Manager of Supply Chain.Primary Responsibilities: Analyze, track, and report monthly inventory levels of medical devicesPredict and forecast future inventory needs based on product performance and sales trendsSubmit purchase orders to Accounting Works to ensure real time accuracy of inventory systemsMonitors warehouse facilities to evaluate inventory transactionsImprove and adapt inventory control procedures to the needs of the company Reviews processes and procedures; identifies, recommends, and implements improvements to maximize delivery efficiency while minimizing costsPerforms other related duties as assigned Youll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree, or equivalent work experience, within a supply chain or logistics field1+ years experience with analyzing large data sets and reporting trendsIntermediate level experience with Microsoft Excel including V-lookup, pivot tablets, and charts Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant supply chain or logistics work experience2+ years of relevant demand planning and inventory experienceRelevant work experience with medical device and medical software solutions Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across teams and departments Technology Careers with Optum.
