You provide companionship to those that need simple socialization and guidance to assure a safe, protected, and clean environment.

Continuing training, competitive pay and flexible hours are provided.The following is a list of some of the duties and responsibilities associated with being a SYNERGY HomeCare Caregiver:Provide general attention to clients’ non-medical needsProvide companionship for the client including, but not limited to: talking and listening, providing social and emotional supportPromote the client’s mental alertness through involvement in activities of their interestProvide emotional support and promote a sense of well-beingProvide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for clients and family membersProvide light housekeeping tasks including laundering of client’s clothing and linensPrepare and serve meals as requested.

Ensure that dishes are washed and kitchen is clean after each mealAssist client in completing necessary phone calls, letter writing, etc.Accompany client on walks, doctor’s visits and other appointmentsAssists with dressing and groomingRemind client to take self-administered medicationsObserve and report any changes in the client’s mental, physical, or emotional condition or home situation to your supervisorEstablish and maintain communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workersParticipate in in-service and continuing education programs, staff meetings, and client conferences as requestedComplete required documentation of servicesUse equipment and supplies safely and properlyMaintain confidentiality regarding client informationPromptly report starting and ending times using our telephone check-in/check-out systemAny other reasonable related duties as assignedRequirements:CPR/First Aid certification is encouragedOne-year caregiving experience preferredEvidence of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) testA valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance/registration and a reliable car (preferred)Two forms of ID to prove eligibility to work in the United StatesRegular access to the internet and email preferredPassionate about caring for peopleAble to follow verbal and written instructions as well as document the services providedAble to function independently in a home setting with minimal supervisionAble to fulfill assignments reliably and be on timeAble to maintain relationships with clients and Care, team membersHigh School Diploma or GED preferredEmail your resume today to: yammilegallegos@synergyhomecare.comwww.Synergyhomecare.Com
