About the team Zillow Closing Services is a fast paced, exciting environment where management champions full adoption of ResWare and paperless technologies all with the goal of improving the end-to-end experience for our buyers and sellers.

About the role *The Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of title system software.

You will support the manager in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within title systems infrastructure.  You will assist project teams with technical issues, design, buildout, and optimization of the title system.

These activities include the definition of needs, benefits, and technical strategy; research & development within the project; technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing, testing, and rolling-out solutions.

In addition, the Administrator is responsible for support of staff ResWare activities.**This includes the chance to:** Develop workflow actions, groups, lists, triggers, task assignment and time tracking capabilities within the system, including the migration of workflow and configuration between environments.* Own setup, optimization, and testing of title and closing software system including role-based access, user configuration, and permissions.* Drive and execute projects to successful completion while juggling multiple priorities and projects.* Maintain consistency between QA and Production environments.* Interview operating personnel to design and document work processes and build streamlined workflow solutions.* Engage directly with outside partners as needed to build unique integrations utilizing ResWare to ResWare and API pathways.* Create complex, multi-layer process diagrams using Visio or other workflow documentation software* Occasional (less than 5%) travel between locations for training, implementation, and support may be required.This role has been categorized as a Remote position.

“Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company.

Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions.

In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

Who you are * You come to the table with 10+ years of experience in the title and settlement business in a multi-state environment.* Demonstrate project management experience leading technology deployment teams.

Scrum Master or Six Sigma certs a plus.* Familiarity with SQL reporting from the ResWare database.* Ability to juggle multiple priorities and delivery timelines.* You are adept with processes, but strong and compassionate in supporting users’ unique needs within the context of ResWare.* You have successfully designed and implemented multiple workflows between functional units on and offshore.* Familiarity and experience with ResWare* Experience working independently, set priorities, and work under pressure to meet changing deadlines.* You have excellent communication skills with an ability to support multiple, diverse teams while actively progressing on their deliverables.
