As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner closely with our clients to help them to identify and bring on top talent for their organization.

This role will allow you to develop relationships while flexing your sales muscle.

You will be responsible for playing a critical role of initial candidate contact, recruitment, interviewing, and ultimately introducing qualified candidates to our clients.

Job Summary

The Encompass Group is seeking a Recruiting Associate to join our team.

The primary responsibility of this role is specific to the generation of new candidates for our open assignments.

You would serve as the initial point of contact to prospective candidates, helping them understand the full scope of the opportunity and work with them to understand if the fit makes sense to move them forward in the process.

Through a variety of technologies and resources, this role is responsible for many, but not necessarily all of the following functions:

Recruit, interview, and place highly skilled information technology professionals on a contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent basis.

Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.

Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Account Management to fully understand the opportunity, target skill set, and best avenues to find the talent our client needs.

Consistently execute a high volume of phone calls on a daily basis to locate the proper number of qualified candidates.

Effectively portray The Encompass Group as well as all of our clients to all candidates.

Interview and submit qualified candidates to the appropriate internal and/or external contacts.

Maintain database integrity by providing consistent, real-time updates to the system.

Leverage all technologies and resources to execute your role effectively and professionally.

Provide reports to management on a weekly basis of progress.

Attend, learn from, and implement ideas from ongoing training sessions.

Consistently contribute to process improvement and generate new ideas for organizational growth.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.

Sales DNA and drive to achieve Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to engage an audience.

Compensation:
We offer a true base plus commission structure (you don’t have to worry about a draw) Our top earners can make up to and above 6 figures in their first year Monthly cell phone allowance and wellness stipend
