Position Summary:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, the ADT Recruiting Team Lead, Contact Center is responsible for leadership of a team of recruiters to meet organizational hiring goals. This role is highly visible and interacts with key business stakeholders on a daily basis to ensure Talent Acquisition is a trusted business partner. This position is also responsible for reporting and operational aspects to ensure the day-to-day- recruiting operation runs smoothly. Team Leads are also responsible for recruiting – to include sourcing, screening and qualifying exceptional candidates as well as providing a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The role requires a recruiting professional who will demonstrate unparalleled integrity and high energy while working under minimal supervision.

• Leads a team of recruiters to meet organizational hiring goals on a weekly basis. This includes coaching, evaluating, in the moment feedback, team building, and setting expectations and accountability as necessary.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in recruiting tools such as the applicant tracking system (Taleo), video interview and texting platform, and job boards.
• Daily audits of requisitions, ensuring recruiter compliance with dispositions and interview scheduling.
• Builds and maintains strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders; holds a detailed understanding of assigned business units’ strategic direction, daily operation and policies.
• Collaborates with cross-functional partners in HR, Compensation and other appropriate departments to facilitate recruiting efforts, as required.
• Performs recruiting related duties to include interviewing, making hiring recommendations, evaluating, etc.
• Track and report key recruitment metrics. Ensure candidate funnel metrics are appropriate to meet hiring goals. Make insightful recommendations based on data.
• Will act as a first escalation for recruiting.
• Determine creative sourcing strategies to target the best possible external talent.
