The Information and Cyber Security (ICS) organization has an opening for a Technology Operations Associate position on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Access Monitoring Team.

The position is responsible for reviewing security incident activities across the enterprise for compliance with Wells Fargo controls and standards.

This position will focus on monitoring privileged and service account events to identify unauthorized or malicious activities using event logging, behavioral analytic and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities include:
– Provide daily monitoring of privileged and service account activities across the Wells Fargo UNIX / Linux, Windows, Mainframes, iSeries and database platforms including Oracle, SQL, Teradata, Sybase, and Mongo platforms;
– Enforce Wells Fargo privileged and service account access security policies, standards and risk controls;
– Escalation of authentication and access activities that don’t align with Wells Fargo controls or industry best practices;
– Assist in improving processes, identify efficiencies and recommend solution enhancements to improve service level delivery;
– Collaboration with members of Identity and Access Management and the Cyber Threat Security Content Deliver team to improve alerting capabilities to drive risk reduction across the Wells Fargo enterprise.

– Maintains a broad awareness of the state of information security across the enterprise and industry and influences change to information security policy, standards and procedures for systems/applications/tools;
– Participate in compliance and oversight activities related to monitoring activities;
– Create and maintain documentation including procedures, workflows and processes; Required Qualifications
– 7+ years of experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), demonstrated through work, military, or education
– 7+ years of experience in production supporting, including problem identification, ticket documentation, and customer/vendor relations, demonstrated through work, military, or education
– 7+ years of experience using ticket tracking tools for change management, problem and incident management, and availability management, demonstrated through work, military, or education
– 7+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience with application on-boarding, certifications, or role management
– 7+ years of database experience with at least two of the following platforms: MSSQL, MongoDB, DB2 LUW, Teradata, or Sybase Desired Qualifications
– Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
– Practical agile methodology experience
– Strong presentation skills
– Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
– Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
– Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
– Ability to take an active role in the education, mentoring and training of less experienced team members
– Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
– Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
– Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
– Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
– A BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology Other Desired Qualifications
– Production environment experience using a workflow system with proven high volume/high quality;
– Experience with Technology Help Desk functions;
– Active Information Security certifications (Examples: CISSP, CISM, CISA)
– Knowledge of privileged access management and best practices on cloud platforms
– Knowledge of security incident monitoring tools such as Splunk enterprise security, Gurucul or True Fort
– Knowledge of Identity data analytics and machine learning security models to detect insider threats and risks.

– Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding HIPAA, PCI, GLBA, SOX, and SAS70
– Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
– Knowledge and understanding of information security industry standards and government regulations
– Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation
– Good problem solving and analytical skills
– Knowledge of diagnostic and support tools used in a support environment
– Experience with Help Desk or Production Support in a financial services company
– Advanced Information Security technical skills and knowledge and understanding of information security practices and policies
– Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
