As a Technical Business Analyst you’ll play an integral role in building a holistic view and roadmap of the company’s technology strategy and processes.

You will partner with internal technology groups to ensure that proposed technical solutions align with the company’s overall objectives.

You’ll also serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, internal innovation teams, and IT functional areas by helping them identify and take advantage of new digital opportunities while providing guidance and ensuring solutions align with the business and IT strategy.

Job Description HRS Technology team is looking for a motivated and experienced Tech Analyst to join our team to manage coordination and delivery of technology solutions for Contact Center team.

This role will be accountable for planning and coordination of Technology Services required for Call Center Operations: Responsible for planning and coordination, working with business and technology stakeholdersManage delivery to the strategy and support operationsDevelop operational processes between Technology and Contact Center teams for delivery and management of Technology services Duties and Responsibilities Ideal candidate would be an articulate and motivated Tech Analyst who will work with business to understand their needs, challenges, ongoing issues, and engage right technology teams to provide solutions and deliver to the plan.

Having a background in both business and IT will be an added advantage.Ideal candidate will be great at engaging with people and have the expertise in project management, inter team coordination, and service delivery across Technology, Infra and operations/contact center.

Partner with Contact Center leadership for strategy and planning of Technology Delivery.Responsible for partnering with multiple teams for delivery of work items and project management of it.Provide real-time support in response to forecasted and contingency situations that could adversely affect the contact center operation, our clients, or employees.Partner with tech implementations or expansions.Proactive planning for upgrades and refreshOther planned work and support requestsCoordinate with delivery teams, vendors and suppliers as needed.Maintain performance KPIs and performance scorecards.Continuous improvement of tech process and delivery Qualifications
– Education and Experience8 years of IT delivery experience including Program/Technology/Delivery Management5 years of relevant business experience working within a fast-paced, challenging Senior IT Project ManagementBachelor’s Degree Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities RequiredHighly effective analyst with the ability to oversee a diverse array of activities and competing priorities.

Strong organizational skills with proven ability to effectively plan and execute projects to achieve business objectives.Advanced communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills and interpersonal and relationship skills.

Serve as a champion for the client and customer across the organization.Advanced ability to obtain customer information and feedback to improve products, assess the cost/value implications and make recommendations.Experience in a contact center or production operations environment is desirable The Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act requires employers to disclose the following information.

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.

For Colorado considerations only the estimated salary range is $80,080
– $104,000.
