We are proud to announce that we are the highest rated hotel company on Glassdoor’s 2019 Best Places to Work list!Responsibilities Preparing a variety of food items (hot and cold) for the Bob’s Steak and Chop House Kitchen within a timely manner, prioritizing tasks as necessaryOperating at least one station within the kitchen (Saut, Grill, Garde Manger, others as assigned)Maintaining cleanliness of all hot and cold preparation stations, and all surrounding culinary areasOrganizing and preparing both current and future requisitionsEffectively communicating relevant menu and dietary changes between all shifts Qualifications 1-2 years of culinary experience preferred; well-versed in operation of at least one culinary stationKnowledge of basic kitchen preparation, knife skills, sanitation, and safetyAbility to remain active, including standing for 8+ hour per dayFlexible scheduling to include nights, weekends, and holidaysMust have a valid Food Handlers CertificationOmni Hotels & Resorts is an equal opportunity employer
