Bakery Freezer and Cooler Production

This is a Full-time position in Houston, TX posted August 20, 2021.

JOB BRIEF The Bakery Freezer/Cooler Clerk is responsible for maintaining and rotating the Freezer/Cooler inventory.

In addition, the individual will create store orders and communicate any shortages of inventory to management daily.

JOB DUTIES
– Places items and organizes freezer area.

– Documents inventory daily.

– Creates store orders.

– Ensures first in and first out is followed.

– Ensures all safety procedures are being followed.

– Completes required paperwork.

– Communicates with management of any shorts or issues with product.

Secondary Job Duties:
– Comply with all company policies and procedures.

– Present favorable impression in dress, personal hygiene and business attitude.

– Restock and use supply items efficiently to eliminate waste and to maintain the lowest supply cost.

– Clean and maintain work area.

– Notify management of associate theft, customer shoplifting, unauthorized mark downs or property defacement.

– Other duties assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS
– Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent experience.

– Must be 18 years of age.

– Must demonstrate knowledge of baking techniques.

– Must be able to work as a team member.

– Capable of following verbal directions.
