Associate Account Executive

This is a Full-time position in Dallas, TX posted June 10, 2021.

Description : * Individual would be responsible for utilizing existing scripts, sales communications, email templates and tools to develop and close opportunities for new business.* Source new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and outbound warm and cold calls and emails* Provide a persuasive and appealing sales case to prospective clients, demonstrating the ability to eliminate sales obstacles* Maintains sustained sales activities.

Responsible for conducting and presenting demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions to customers and prospects both on the phone and while using web-conferencing toolsets.

This involves applying a consultative approach to analyse the customer?s business communication requirements, and developing customized solutions to exceed customer requirements.* Provide a business case and create interest in new accounts and secure revenue through sales of the Genesis Assessments product line; differentiate Genesis Assessments from competitors; Relate the value of Genesis Assessments product line to the prospective customer?s business.* Daily lead work
– assignment, follow-up task creation, campaign support and overall lead management via Salesforce.* Maintain and update with clear, concise information, including lead comments, tasks, follow-up activities, and other information to further the sales process* Manage territory by protecting and increasing a profitable revenue stream within current accounts.

This involves conducting account reviews.

Reviews include but are not limited to evaluating current state, customer satisfaction and completeness of strategy implementation along with next steps in the account.* Serve as first line of contact with customers.

Be responsible to create and maintain accurate paperwork on each sale.* Keep abreast of changes SAP Ecosystem and understanding of industry terms and trends* Demonstrate a commitment to the Genesis sales processes, values and business code of ethics.
