Business Development Representative


This is a Full-time position in Irving, TX posted May 17, 2021.

Staffmark has an immediate need for a Business Development Representative in Irving TX

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and generating opportunities through both inbound and outbound prospecting activities.   They will act as the subject matter expert on product solutions and services.  The Business Development Rep. will create target prospect lists and execute cold call strategies using phone, email, and social networking to identify new business opportunities for the inside sales team.  They will promptly respond, engage and qualify inbound lead inquiries.  They will ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead information, schedule appointments and demos for the sales team, collaborate with Account Executives to develop account intelligence, map relationships, and understand use cases to identify cross-sell opportunities

• Job Qualifications
o HS Diploma or equivalent required; College degree or equivalent experience preferred
o 1+ years of work experience preferably in sales or customer focused role
o Proven business development success through effective use of core sales tools Oracle, Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, Zoominfo /Discover Org etc.
o Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
o Strong and professional communication skills; written and verbal
o Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently while achieving production goals
o Strong customer service orientation
o Drive, Grit, Team-oriented: strong desire to win
