Comfort Advisor, Hvac Sales Position Opportunity

This is a Full-time position in Garland, TX posted April 29, 2021.

If you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in HVAC, then we are interested in you!

As a Comfort Advisor, you are required to listen to the needs of our clients and tailor the best possible solution that meets their needs.

You must possess outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Comfort Advisors are the frontline link between the clients and Tempo Partners; our attitude and demeanor while in a client’s home is above reproach and must always demonstrate the highest respect for the client’s home, property, people, pets, and time.

We expect you to:

– Provide detailed information concerning installation requirements

– Discuss and confirm client’s job expectation per signed proposal

– Develop and maintain client’s sales records

– Comply with local City and Municipal codes and other requirements

– Follow-up with client after sales

– Acquire a minimum of 20% self-generated sales leads

– Fulfil any other project assigned by Sales Manager

– We will demonstrate professional selling and negotiation skills in all engagements without using gimmicks or games.

– We will maintain comprehensive product knowledge with the ability to share features and benefits in layman’s terms for our clients.

– We build trust with every client through our capabilities, skills, results, and honesty.

Our credibility is a direct reflection of our reputation and our actions affect the whole company.

We demonstrate respect, clarify expectations, practice accountability, deliver results and confront reality all through a transparent charter of integrity to all clients inside and outside our office.

– We will complete all paperwork including bill of materials, financing, and a detailed job description for a clean hand-off to the sales support and the AOR team.

Required Skills:

– Excellent organizational and follow-up skills

– Safe driving record

– Be self-motivated and professional

– Computer skills to include Microsoft Office

– Proficient in Manual J8 Heat Load Calculations
