Establishes and maintains procedures for all assigned accounts in an orderly manner.

Retains and grows current business by providing quality service and consultatively providing solutions to client needs.

Provides leadership mentoring, develops and demonstrates best practices and consistently meets and exceeds AE level expectations.

Demonstrates understanding and best practices of the strategic vision of the Client Development Group.KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESSelling: develops an annual territory sales plan for assigned financial institutions to include re-signing accounts and growth initiatives for current clients.

Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for telesales activities for the Community Markets Division.

Regularly meets and exceeds sales goal expectations.External Relationship Management: establishes and maintains customer goodwill with assigned clients, maintains minimum phone contact frequencies with key decision makers and individuals of influence to retain and grow client revenue, and provides ongoing information to client staff regarding ordering and billing procedures.Internal Relationship Management: maintains internal corporate relationships in key functional areas (Marketing, Billing, Client Strategy, Sales Support) for both effective selling and receiving feedback; report competitive activities to internal functional areas
– Director Community Markets and Vice President Community Markets, maintains thorough and accurate reporting of client activities in iAvenue, and maintains mentor relationships with other CDG Account Executives.Solutions Management: acts as a consultant to assigned clients to support increased usage of company solutions, coordinates instruction of client personnel on the effective use of promotional materials and may participate in field activities such as training presentations, territory coverage for Community Markets Division as needed.Leadership & Verbal/Communication Skills: ability to work with clients as a strategic client to improve and strengthen the customer experience using systematic approaches that results in process improvements, reduced errors, and waste elimination; develops and maintains relationships with existing clients over the phone, including growing the business through a consultative sales approach to promote Vericast products and services; and demonstrates coaching skills and aptitude for developing positive attitudes and improved performance among other Account Executives.EDUCATIONBachelors Degree or equivalent experience.EXPERIENCE5 years previous sales experience.2+ years of consecutive above expectation performance in Vericast (sales preferred).Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email skills.#INDSFHarland Clarke considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin or ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other classifications protected by law.
