Enterprise Sales Executive – Remote Eligible

This is a Full-time position in Garland, TX posted August 9, 2021.

TeamDynamix is hiring an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. TeamDynamix is an award-winning enterprise SaaS solution that brings IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM) & Project Portfolio Management (PPM) together on one, codeless, simple platform. And we are now introducing Integration Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS).

As an Enterprise Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is selling the company’s portfolio of Enterprise Service Management solutions to corporate, higher education, state & local government organizations. This position represents a significant opportunity to participate in a high-growth, fast-paced and innovative SaaS organization. This role reports directly to the VP of Sales and is eligible for remote work.

About The Role

  • Generate new business through developing relationships and closing deals with enterprise service management executives.
  • Utilize sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and a hunter sales mentality.
  • Effectively manage a prolonged sales cycle and persuade a committee of key decision makers to take action.
  • Consistently identify prospect’s needs and pain-points through effective discovery
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives and KPIs.
  • Systematically generate a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
  • Nurture prospects through the sales process from cold to sold.
  • Communicate and demonstrate the benefits of TeamDynamix’s solutions to decision makers.
  • Consistently provide reliable sales forecasts.
  • Maintain accurate and timely call notes, contacts and opportunities in SalesForce CRM.

About You

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a documented history of success.
  • 2+ years of experience in ITSM or ESM required.
  • Verifiable and consistent track record of exceeding sales quota, building strong pipelines, and closing business.
  • Fearless and persistent prospector who takes initiative.
  • Skilled in the art of contract negotiation.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Strong presentation skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Must be able to drive an enterprise sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Self-starter and with a relentless work ethic.
