Only the most competitive sales mindset will do.Responsibilities:Inside sales and prospecting to new and existing Zonda customers; some outside sales and tradeshow attendance when necessaryBuilding relationships with targeted companies/organizations through use of Zoom, phone calls and emailsWorking on multiple goals/priorities as well as multiple client deliverables effectively and efficientlyDeveloping and maintaining good working business relationships within a multi-client environment; manage and grow a book of businessStaying current with industry trends, trade journals, etc., as they pertain to your clients and categoryFull use of Salesforce, a CRM software suiteRequirements:Experience:0-2+ years in related digital media/advertising sales/SaaS or related industry; Sales internships are acceptible as experienceHunter mentality, a quick learner, independent mindset, and a high energy/competitive approach is a mustExperience and desire to manage the entire sales process which includes prospecting, needs analysis, closing, and further maintaining relationships for renewal or upsellBackground in using a consultative sales approach; enterprise sales background a plusB2B Media Sales background showing tangible success is a definite plusSkills:A student of the latest digital advertising methodologies and solutions in B2B and/or B2C marketingGoal-oriented sales approach; a proven track record of meeting quarterly and annual goalsBe able to consult with and close business with multiple decision makers and rolesStrong presentation, closing, and prospecting skillsProficiency using Salesforce.Com (or other modern CRM platform) is requiredProficiency using Microsoft Office suite is requiredKnowledge of the local and national digital media market with the ability to respond effectively to market direction, new product offerings, client needs and competitionAbility to collaborate with internal partners effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEducation:Bachelor’s Degree requiredAbout Us:Zonda provides data-driven housing market solutions to the homebuilding industry.
