We look for people to join our team who think beyond themselves and consider the overall business, that want to “ Own it ” and have the “ Whatever it Takes ” attitude Position Description This position is responsible for assisting with the administration of all health, welfare, leave, and retirement programs for full-time and part-time employees of the Flynn Restaurant Group.

Essential Responsibilities Will Include Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned restaurant concept(s), supporting employees and field personnel by providing benefit plan education and enrollment assistance.

Review and update as needed, HRIS, and third-party administrative portal, for employee status changes affecting eligibility such as new hires, rehires, promotions, demotions, and qualified life events.

Administer company leave of absence programs to remain in compliance with applicable Federal, State, Local, and Company requirements.

Collaborate with third-party vendors to support employees use of benefit programs Identify, develop, and deliver communications and training to employees and field personnel on current or developing benefit programs, trends, or requirements.

Assist with regulatory reporting and tracking of various programs, including ACA and COBRA.

Projects such as open enrollment, dependent audits, benefits orientation, reporting as required, and other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills And Experience Degree preferred; not required One year of experience desired, preferably in HR
– Focusing on benefits, systems and/or leaves of absence.

Prior work in the restaurant or retail industry is a plus.

Effective oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.

Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Demonstrated ability to keep information confidential.

Strong organizational skills and time management skills Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; SAP experience a plus Why Work for Flynn?
