Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking Account Executives that will be responsible for selling Elevate Elite, our premier online lead generation, and management platform.

We need experienced inside salespeople with a consultative sales approach and a successful track record of growing new business and expanding revenue.

These people must love selling and demonstrate all the behaviors associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline, delivering results against a quota, and maintaining productive client relationships.

This position is paid via base salary + monthly commission checks and is eligible for overtime in accordance with inside sales laws.

The OTE is +/
– $110k to $135k/year + benefits!

Responsibilities:

Grow sales to individual agents and teams Become the resident expert of the Elite Platform and sell new and/or upgrade existing customers Build and maximize revenue and customer satisfaction within your accounts Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals every quarter Develop and maintain a substantial pipeline of qualified opportunities, and consistently maintain an accurate forecast Successfully negotiate win-win agreements based on value selling

Qualifications:

University or college degree and/or relevant ‘School of Hard Knocks’ equivalent experience Desire to learn and grow in a sales environement Thorough understanding of related technology or willingness to learn, i.e., websites, CRMs, lead capture, lead followup Demonstrated sales record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota Skilled in virtual presentations, online web demos, remote sales processes Proficiency using SalesForce.com preferred but not required Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
