This is a Full-time position in Dallas, TX posted March 8, 2022.

Compensation: $16/Hr + Uncapped Commission

SalesStaff is adding additional Inside Sales Representatives/Appointment Setting Professionals to its growing team.

We’re looking for highly motivated Inside Sales Representatives that strive to achieve greatness.

We are looking for people who set goals and achieve them, who see obstacles and break through them, who see problems and solve them.

We are looking for skilled professionals with B2B outbound telemarketing/tele-prospecting/inside sales experience.
A successful Inside Sales Representative will:
Create revenue opportunities for our clients (our clients are B2B companies in industries such as technology software/hardware, financial services, healthcare, and logistics)
Work with our internal Account Management team to achieve campaign objectives and qualification parameters
Identify decision makers and gain business intelligence through professional conversations
Overcome prospect objections by utilizing product knowledge and negotiating skills
Work within defined key performance indicators and process qualified opportunities using internal provisioning systems
Make a high volume of outbound B2B calls daily
Manage your time effectively to achieve weekly quota
