We have a challenging opportunity for an Inside Sales Relationship Manager.Job Summary: The Inside Sales – Relationship Manager is responsible for generating and prospecting New Business and growth in existing accounts.

The incumbent will increase baseline revenue by selling additional service solutions on a Regional and Local basis by understanding the customers’ need for Brink’s product offerings.Key Responsibilities: * Sign new business by prospecting to convert new leads and grow existing business through up-selling new products and services * Achieve an assigned customer retention and growth rates within the assigned territory in an up selling environment * Skill in active listening, asking strategic questions, analyzing customer data, and the ability to interpret and address customer needs * Negotiate increased service rates to positively impact product margins * Provide solutions that address specific customer needs to assure growth in renewal accounts * Explore the opportunity to become the sole source service provider by aligning customer growth plans and delivering a level of service excellence * Report, record and communicate market developments/trends that will assist the sales and renewal strategies as well as manage the pipeline; report competitive activities * Complete month-end reporting and participate in meetings * Assist with special projects and the mentoring of new team members * Perform other duties as assigned or necessaryPosition Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years inside sales business-to-business experience * Minimum of 1 year telephone negotiation sales experienceMinimum of 1 year contract negotiation and pricing experience * Minimum of 1 year experience working in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications:Experience building relationships at all levels of the organizationExperience in the financial or retail industriesBachelor’s DegreeProfessional Skills: * Strong verbal and written communication skillsRapid relationship-building skills; ability to anticipate or proactively surface customer needsOrganized with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, customer-centric environmentNegotiation skillsExceptional listening skillsHighly motivated and goal drivenProblem-solving and analytical abilityKnowledge of multiple product and service solutionsAbility to work collaboratively with othersIIf you have the background and integrity we require and are looking for a challenging opportunity, we hope you will consider employment with Brink’s U.S.We provide a competitive salary, medical, dental, vision and life insurance plans.
