We are a family owned insurance agency that provides a relaxed and supportive work environment at our office in Dallas.

As a licensed inside sales agent you will have access to all the top products in the market and your job will be to help your clients understand how Medicare works and drive sales by using a consultative sales approach to quote and enroll individuals based on their unique healthcare needs.

We provide a base salary plus commission for each sale, as well as high quality leads from people who have requested help with their Medicare coverage.

Unlike many insurance jobs, our agents do not cold call, but instead take inbound calls, and call on new leads of from consumers who request help on our website.

The bottom line, our agents spend more time talking to clients and less time finding prospects.

No insurance background required.

We provide a hands on training environment that will help you becoming a trusted Medicare expert to hundreds of people making the important decision of selecting the right Medicare coverage.

The Right Candidates Will Preferably Have:
Great phone voice and conversational skills Honest character and personal integrity to what is best for each client 2-3 years of sales experience or a college degree with strong willingness to learn Strong time management and organizational skills No criminal background history Life & Health insurance license preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00
– $75,000.00 per year
