A consistent track record of process driven performance.Experience building high performing teams and/or performing at a high level, including the ability to recognize and cultivate rising talent.Adept at transitioning seamlessly from a strategic level vision to day-to-day tactical sales and operations is required.Able to motivate and get the most out of others.Working alongside sales reps providing hands on training and continuous development.Pest and termite license helpful but not required.Responsibilities:Leading, managing and accountability (includes culture) of the inside sales departments to ensure maximum performance is achieved with monthly goals in cold sales, warm sales and other KPI’s are met.Conduct daily sales huddle meetings.Setting weekly sales goals for the department and individual team members.Working alongside sales teamMakes informed decisions with consideration of the customer and overall impact to ensure maximum quality of service.
