If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a IT Account Executive Hashmap to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).As an Account Executive, you will spend your time selling consulting services to help grow Hashmap’s business across North America and in a specific region.

Your responsibilities will include:Developing and continually enhancing a deep understanding of Hashmap’s service and solution offerings and the underlying technology solutions and platforms in the data and analytics space in order to effectively communicate our value proposition with a technical or business audienceLooking for ways to enhance your knowledge of our industry, market, and competitors to secure meetings, increase your value to our technology partners, and generate revenue Establishing and maintaining a strong working knowledge of key partner software product features, differentiating capabilities, and Hashmap points-of-view on market positioning and pros/consIdentifying target accounts and potential fit with relevant offeringsGathering information related to the target client’s buying patterns based on industry knowledge, relationships, and/or prior experienceIdentifying target contacts and relationships and qualifying opportunities through calls, meetings, and workshops engaging the appropriate Hashmap RTE during the sales cycleManaging a disciplined sales pipeline from lead to closeLeading account preparation, background, approach, strategy for qualified opportunitiesIdentifying and aligning appropriate Hashmap resources to pursue, win, and manage opportunitiesLeveraging relationships at clients and partners for insights and influence, messaging, and overall opportunity supportParticipating in all meetings as the ” Face” of HashmapExpanding Hashmap’s presence in the region from both a customer and partner perspectiveCollaborating regularly and proactively with key partners on accounts, strategy, and eventsRepresenting Hashmap at key regional eventsUtilizing Hashmap content, event presence, workshops, and partners to help build and enhance relationshipsStaying in contact with prospects, customers, and partner on a daily basis via phone, messaging, value-add email, and social media, with a relentless focus to source new opportunities and grow the existing services portfolio for HashmapBalancing the reactive work of responding to interested customers with a personal, creative, and proactive approach to identify new opportunitiesEffectively using Hubspot (keeping it clean and documenting all customer and partner interactions), LinkedIn, Google, and other prospecting tools to research target accounts, identify key contacts and craft targeted messagingBecoming a data and analytics expert and thought leaderTraveling as needed to attend client meetings, industry events, and technology partner activities (no travel required during COVID-19)Where Can You Bring ValueBasic Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of direct technology software or consulting services sales experience with a proven track record of selling data, cloud, analytics, or business intelligence services to clients (NOT Hardware)Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or other analytically-oriented fieldBased in Dallas, TXAbility to travel 50%Other Experience:Existing understanding of the cloud, data, analytics, and BI technology spacePassionate about technology and relentless about providing world class service to customers and partnersHighly self-motivated to drive opportunities from lead to closureProven critical thinking skills to take ambiguous client challenges and convert them into real sales opportunitiesExcellent written, oral, and social communication skills and very comfortable presenting to small and large audiences of varying levels of responsibilityStrong organization, time management, and prioritization skillsProactive mindset for problem-solving and conflict resolutionAbility to interact and build long-term business relationships with all levels within a client account or partner relationshipAbility to work in dynamic, fast-paced environmentAble to work independently and can balance multiple tasks simultaneouslyGenuinely curious with a desire to ask questions and learn new thingsAble to learn, research, and grasp complex technical conceptsCreative, self disciplined and passionate about what they doDriven to succeed while always looking to help make the company betterWanting to be a part of something bigger than themselvesGood understanding of the role social media plays in businessProficiency in Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Search, Slides, Docs, Sheets, Drive, Hangouts), Slack, Vidyard, LinkedIn (and other social media platforms)Experience with Sales systems (Hubspot is preferred) and track record in maintaining sales related information consistently in the Sales system#LI-NAM#INDSALESINDSALESAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
