If you are looking for a rewarding career and possess the specialized knowledge and quality-oriented problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply today.Position SummaryPlan and direct sales force activities in collaboration with company’s overall sales force to develop goals, sales campaigns and closure strategies that accommodate sales goals and targets of ProEnergy Services.Position ResponsibilitiesCoordinate activities of sales and aid sales employees in formulating and administering international and domestic sales policies and direct activities of international and domestic sales development.Conduct economic and commercial surveys in foreign countries to locate markets for products and services.Work closely with commercial operations to support the writing of proposals and provide input on bids, process specifications, progress reports, and other exhibits that may be required.Forecast and report sales activity.Advise on local, national, and international legislation affecting sales.Evaluate the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and their marketing and sales techniques.Devise sales strategies and promotions to obtain maximum sales volume.Negotiate contracts with clients and request amendments to or extensions of contracts within authorized limits.Support and drive all opportunities to closureRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business or related field10+ years of successful sales management experience, including a minimum of 3 years in international markets.3+ years of demonstrated sales team leadership experienceMust have legal authority to permanently work in the U.S.Successful candidate must pass a background check and drug screenDesired Qualifications5+ years of Sales experience in the Energy marketsAbility to organize, coach, communicate and lead to effectively direct and guide sales initiatives to ensure objectives are aligned.Ability to facilitate and drive cross-functional teams and client meetings.Ability to comprehend client requirements and translate those requirements into profitable jobs/contracts.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and sales documents.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
