Within that culture, our Sales Agent begin their career in a blended instructor-led classroom and hands-on training environment to become an expert in Medicare in a true sales office in environment.

As Sales Agents develop out of training, they succeed at a high level to achieve monthly sales quota and perfect their sales craft with the help of supportive leadership and ongoing training.

Our Sales Agents have the goal of becoming a trusted advisor to hundreds of people making the important decision of finding the right Medicare plan.

We’re looking for financially motivated individuals who thrive in competitive environments.

Base pay + uncapped commission earnings on an increasing pay structure, sign on bonus ($2500) increased pay for PTO.

Last year at quota our first year agents made at $68,000.

Our top new agent that started selling in May earned $95,625.

What You’ll Do:
Strive to call on hundreds of leads daily in order to successfully sell Medicare plans.

As a trusted advisor, you will provide guidance in order to help people make important decisions about their Medicare options through our sales process.

Participate in regular coaching conversations with your manager to improve your craft.

Collaborate and share knowledge and insights with co-workers to ensure team success.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:
Focused commitment in your first month of blended instructor led classroom and hands-on training sessions to learn the product and our sales process.

Drive to hit the ground running as you start to sell your second month and begin achieving sales goals.

Coachability and a commitment to the process to make small improvements everyday by setting exciting personal goals and charting your course to achieve them.

Work from home requirements:
Existing reliable high speed internet connection: Minimum: 30mbps download, 10mbps upload speeds Recommended: 100 mbps download, 25 mbps upload speeds

Pay: $68,000.00 per year

Schedule:
10 hour shift 8 hour shift Overtime Weekends
