Redgate Software produces ingeniously simple tools for Microsoft technology professionals worldwide.

We currently specialize in MS SQL Server, Cloud, and .NET tools.

Sales Administrator Responsibilities:
Acting as a trusted advisor to the AMER sales team.
Ensuring that deals (especially non-standard) are managed efficiently and accurately, and the sales process remains friction-free
Being a champion of our quoting system (Zuora), processing quotes, handling resellers and being on hand to support colleagues across the business
Maintaining business data within Salesforce as well as creating and managing Salesforce dashboards and reports
Supporting the implementation and administration of the wider sales’ tech stack (for example, Salesloft, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
Conducting business professionally, through clear communication with the rest of Sales Ops and AMER sales team, while maintaining the core values of Redgate
Covering other admin staff when they are out the office
What makes you a Redgate Sales Administrator?
You have a BA/BS or equivalent experience working in a sales or customer service environment
1+ years’ experience of a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
Ideally have used a billing / invoicing system (such as Zuora or Salesforce CPQ)
Tenacity and a knack for solving complex problems
A natural communicator who enjoys working collaboratively while also happy taking ownership of their own work
A passion for technology

Experience in the software (SaaS) or technology industry
Knowledge of CRM and sales processes

With that, we are currently seeking candidates who are within a commutable distance of Austin or plan to relocate.
