Sales Executive

Roller Die + Forming

This is a Contract position in Houston, TX posted August 20, 2021.

This is a base salary plus commission (w-2) position Summary: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintain sales activities relating to developing customer relationships and monitoring customer satisfaction.

Participates in customer visits, producing quotations, managing pricing, and supports sales in various programs and projects to sell products and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Coordinate sales activities for assigned customers.

Reporting forecast information from gathering information from sales force.

Assist in set up of customer visits and travel to customer sites for meetings and sales calls as required.

Manage and implement customer pricing Negotiating quarterly pricing and as part of quote follow-up.

Responsible for quoting of existing business (quarterly pricing and projects).

Establish / maintain market pricing database.

Produce quotations for existing business and disseminate key quotations to sales engineers, field sales reps and manager.

Evaluate inquires and information from estimates to develop cost effective profitable solutions Initiate request for estimates (RFE) and Material requests based on input from self and Sales Engineers.

Support customer service and production planning with communicating delivery requirements and representing customer requirements, issues and concerns into the planning process.

Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and coordinate RFC resources to resolve customer complaints Effectively manage customer relationships Initiate New Product Meeting Information.

Represent sales as project launch liaison and provide project updates to Sales Engineers Initiate and track Customer Satisfaction Surveys at the plant level with required documentation.

Develop and maintain Sales Action Plans Attend trade shows as needed.

Qualified Applicants will have : Bachelor’s degree (B.

A.) from four-year College or university preferred Minimum 3 year’s customer interaction experience or equivalent years of customer interaction and manufacturing experience.

Proficient in computers including Microsoft office products.

Ability to Travel up to 50% Preferred Applicants will have: Metal or Steel Manufacturing Sales Rep experience a plus.

Experience selling specialized product or value.

Experience in roll forming process.

Knowledge of Manufacturing Software such as Sales Force, SAGE etc.
