Description
The Sales Operator is responsible for front-end screening, routing and recording inbound calls for the sales organization, from current and prospective customers and partners, you will provide exceptional customer service experience to small businesses currently defined as under $1000 monthly recurring revenue, located primarily in North America on a non-exclusive basis as well as comply with CPNI security procedures.

Compensation: $10 an hour.
Primary Job Functions
Answer in-bound sales/service phone calls from current and prospective customers wishing to purchase or add-on additional services The Sales Operator agent is expected to accurately follow a script and pre-established call routing using our client’s platforms Ability to review customer requests and determine the next level of support to resolve problems while maintaining high quality customer service Daily reporting
– gather and export data, manipulate to Excel to provide Management with customer care data Have the ability to focus and accurately follow a documented script and procedures Ability to search and process service interactions information into SFDC records Prospective customer and partner leads are generated from multiple marketing campaigns which requires the Sales Operator to gather simple qualifying information about the customer-based answers to a script.

Based on the information provided The Sales Operator will research SFDC, update/data deduplication the customer’s record in SFDC, and route the inbound call to the appropriate sales team based on territory, business size and product interest.

Current customers and partners have pre-assigned sales representatives The Sales Operator will search for the customer/ partner’s information in SFDC and the route the call to the appropriate sales representative in accordance to the routing rules This position is primarily inbound calls, however may include outbound and transferred calls, service cloud, email, CRM, and other Internal Client systems.

Requirements
Must live in the State of Texas Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a HS Diploma/GED Must be able to pass a background check Able type a minimum of 30 WPM Customer Service Experience – 1-2 years Punctuality (Good Attendance) Professional Demeanor Computer Skills Detailed Oriented Strong customer interaction skills Strong communication skills both verbal and written Strong reading and comprehension skills Able to work in a fast pace call center environment Strong analytical skills, able to multitask Solid experience in problem solving and resolution skills
