In short – we help mid-sized companies build and grow their omnichannel sales.

We are currently hiring a Senior Sales Executive to be the tip of the spear in helping merchant?s create a frictionless commerce experience for their customers. Using your established experience in a consultative, collaborative sales process, you will educate potential clients on how to solve the challenges they face. This is a highly visible position that will be interacting with all levels within the client?s organization as well as Creatuity. The primary goal is to continue and expand our sales growth along with our presence in the ecommerce community. This individual is an enthusiastic and disciplined professional with strong sales and communication abilities which will report to the COO.


Key Results Area #1 – Closing New Business

  • Responsible and accountable for meeting monthly net new sales revenue targets and annual product sales metrics through closing new business
  • Conduct video conferences, face to face meetings and calls to move deals towards closing
  • Develop sales presentations, supporting materials and proposals as needed in cooperation with marketing to ensure appropriate brand standards are followed
  • Working closely with key partners to pass leads and orchestrate a collaborative sales process
  • Tight collaboration with Solution Architects along with the Delivery team to provide accurate solutions and ballparks

Key Results Area #2 – Managing Inbound Leads

  • Respond to inbound leads received via the web, email, phone and online marketing campaigns on the business day they are received
  • Qualify inbound leads and route them into the sales process, drip campaigns or mark as non-qualified as appropriate
  • Provide feedback to marketing on the quality and quantity of inbound leads

Key Results Area #3 – Sales Strategy, Demand Generation and Planning

  • Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure that targets are being met, and that management can accurately forecast demand
  • Promptly update deal, account and contact status and details within our CRM
  • Ensure appropriately size and health of each stage of pipeline to meet net new sales revenue targets, and proactively alert leadership to deviations
  • Network with key partners, decision makers and industry leaders to generate new opportunities
  • Lead outreach efforts to contact merchants on Creatuity’s target account list
  • Proactively notify leadership to potential shifts in buying behavior, industry conditions, etc., with recommended shifts in sales or marketing strategy to account for these shifts
  • Work with leadership to update and expand our target account list


  • MUST be located in the D/FW area or in the state of Texas
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience in Magento ecommerce services sales or similar enterprise level ecommerce platform
  • Deep knowledge of ecommerce, technology, and professional services
  • Proven success in previous sales position
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
  • Target oriented and results -driven individual with the ability to quickly solve problems
  • Passion and curiosity to learn and improve yourself, the team and Creatuity
