Salesforce Developer

This is a Contract position in Irving, TX posted July 28, 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in Marietta, GA that is searching for a Lead Salesforce Developer with an expertise in service cloud to assist with the build out of a high traffic ticketing system.

Contributes to knowledge growth of the Salesforce practice through documenting and sharing best practices.

Conducts code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure high code quality and design patterns are followed.

Follows and understands new Salesforce product and technical capabilities resulting from product releases and acquisitions.

Demonstrates record of success building and sustaining business partner relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify potential new opportunities.

Demonstrates successful interactions with senior management.

Prepares and presents verbal and slide deck reports up to leadership on team’s progress and challenges.

Leads team on Service Cloud engagements, spanning the standard project lifecycle from strategy/visioning through implementation/post-implementation support with responsibilities across business and technical work streams.

Maps functional requirements to Salesforce Service Cloud features and functionality.

Mentors other team members in customer service processes and Salesforce.com Service Cloud technology.

Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: College technical degree or working experience in a technical support role ITIL certification is not required, but a plus 4 years of Salesforce platform experience with a focus on Service Cloud 2 years of relevant experience is required Demonstrates team leader abilities with a proven record of success architecting projects Extensive VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience Deep understanding of the Salesforce product suite Web Services development or experience with the Salesforce API (REST/SOAP/MetaData, etc.) Front-end development experience with Lightning Design System Knowledge of integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce Proficiency in Agile methodologies
– Extreme programming (e.g.

user story development, test driven development, and pair programming) Knowledge in Windows operating systems, MS Office applications, and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange Extensive troubleshooting knowledge of common web browsers Understanding of LAN/WAN, Windows user environment and printer configurations Troubleshooting software and hardware issues on desktops, laptops and peripherals Technical tools required: ServiceNOW Active Directory Remote Control via SCCM Office 365/Teams Genesys Softphone Nexthink Windows 10 Built-in tools
– RDP/Account Lockout Status/remote assistance, etc.
