Senior Specialist, Chinese Sales and Services(br((br(Summary(br((br(As a Senior Chinese Sales & Services Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting Mandarin speaking merchants and partners via phone and email communications.

You will be providing first level of support for sales tasks such as new merchant application submission and equipment orders; as well as all customer and technical service requests.

A successful candidate will be able to provide guidance to Partners on internal requests and changes, while promoting and maintaining a professional working relationship with internal and external customers.(br((br(What you’ll do:(br((br(Facilitate requests between internal departments and Chinese and Mandarin speaking Partners.(br(Act as liaison for other departments, Partner Relations and management; focusing on Partner management.(br(Answer incoming requests from Chinese and Mandarin speaking Merchants and Partners and facilitate requests.

Examples requests may include but are not limited to: transaction lookups, download assistance, terminal and product operation, setup/configuration adjustments, accounts maintenance, software builds/adjustments, network closures, and any general technical support.(br(Review incoming paperwork to ensure accuracy before entering into system/boarding.(br(Ships equipment and billing information, as necessary.(br(Note all communications in the correct database.(br(May be responsible for after-hours support, as needed.(br(Assist in Partner statement message requests, creation, and review.(br(Gather info and escalate it to help develop healthy and growing business relationships with Partners and providing continual ongoing support to bring in additional business to EVO.(br(Create and provide training and/or materials as needed to teams supporting Partners.(br(Develop an in depth knowledge of how each Partner’s business works to identify different ways in which EVO can provide excellent service.(br(Open and read emails on a daily basis.(br(Keep abreast, through continuing education, of changes and new technologies in the related field of business.(br(Participate in any/all training and educational activities necessary to fulfill at least the minimum requirements specified in your department goals.(br(Practice and comply with all regulations promoting a safe and healthy work environment (i.e.

OSHA).(br(Adhere to privacy; confidential, proprietary company policies and procedures (i.e.

HIPAA).(br(Perform related projects and duties as assigned(br((br(About you:(br((br(Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 1 year of sales or strategic accounts management experience preferred(br(Fluent in Mandarin, both written and verbal.
