We curate an individualized craft cocktail experience that tells our customers’ unique stories; from customization of their menu with our mixologists to delivering it at their doorstep to make their real or virtual event one they won’t soon forget.Our North Star at Sourced is to be of service to our clients and it is what drives us each day.

Giving back to the hospitality communityThis is not a role that will rely heavily on ” Cold calls” dueto their being an existing portfolioOpportunity to sell a fun product for both virtual and in person eventsStart up feel that allows variety in day to day responsibilities and opportunity to grow internallyWho You Are: 3+ years sales experience in a high growth environmentExisting book of business that includes HR personnel, VPs of people & culture, event plannersand office managers preferredAbility to communicate well with other employees in other marketsExperience in selling or event management in the Food & Beverage industry is a plusAbility to have a flexible work schedule there will be day events or late night events on average 3x per week.

Because our customer dictates our schedule, we are super flexible with work hoursWhat You’ll Do: Build sales volume for our Enterprise B2B channel by selling in-person events and virtual cocktail experiences into corporate clients primarily for the following industries:Tech Companies: Our “sweet spot” and we have great case studies with Facebook, Google, Coursera and more.Services Industry: Law firms, VCs, Banking, Consulting, Ad Agencies.Virtual and In Person Conferences : As social distancing requires more and more conferences to go virtual, we’re the physical item – an actual craft cocktail that everyone shares virtually – and the fulfillment (kit with physical materials) that ties a conference together.Event Planning/Marketing Agencies – who are planning virtual events for their clients.Real Estate: Commercial and residential – HOA Events & Tenant Appreciation events.Retail: Getting people back into physical stores can be a challenge, but not if you offer cocktails with your shopping experience.

As brick and mortar stores start to come back to life post pandemic, selling in our cocktail offering for weekend shopping experience, brand launches, or grand openings is a big opportunity.Own the full sales cycle – from research, prospecting to closing and then continuing to manage and grow that account.Hit quarterly sales goals and maintain clear communications with the Director of Enterprise Sales.Maintain an accurate pipeline within our CRM, to report on a number of sales calls, response rate, bids submitted, close rates and renewals.Work cross-functionally to solve for client’s problems.Physically be present for the first 30 minutes of client events to manage relationships/deliverables.Monitor competitor activity, market conditions, and product development.Core Values: Our North Star is to be of service and we operate under the core values we call the “ 3 Ts”: Trust, Transparency, and Tenacity.
