Identify referrals from existing clients and form new relationships.

Identify key contacts based on existing customer base to expand the company’s client list.

Form long-term relationships with new companies, universities, government entities and school districts comparable to the existing client base.

Own company marketing events in collaboration with existing sales team Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.

Assist in closing new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations.

Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners.Background ProfileCompleted undergraduate degree, preferably in a communications or business discipline.A minimum of 3 years’ experience in technology B2B sales or business development.Proven track record in closing new business relationships and revenue growth.Minimum 2 years’ experience in cold calling and pursuing new business relationships with documented results.Developed written and oral communication skills.Professional presentation.Ability to collaborate and synergize with other team members.About TradeSTARFounded in 2004, TradeSTAR specializes in providing staffing and hiring solutions for the low voltage and electrical industries.
