Demographic Management Expert – US Telecommute

The purpose of this job is to partner with United Health Network (UHN) and PCRL to conduct demographic review for a provider during a contract negotiation.

The Demographic Management Expert (DME) will conduct critical reviews to ensure demographic and credentialing accuracy for hospital/ancillary providers based on the sources of truth received.

The DME will play an active role in validating accuracy, identifying demographic discrepancies, and initiating updates to the appropriate PCRL team with support and guidance from UHN contracting staff.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within United States as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:
Validate demographics, credentialing, and system accuracy for all hospital/ancillary contracts supported by UHN and HCBS providers supported by the C&S Health Plan, assigned for all lines of business Conduct system platform reviews for all lines of business to ensure demographic and credentialing accuracy for hospital/ancillary providers based on new or existing contracts, provider rosters, and other sources of truth received Build and maintain relationships with UHN to ensure desired results are attained and maintained Actively participate in or lead cross functional teams or projects working with their supervisor on more complex issues Meet metrics and expectations set by leadership

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED 2+ years of experience in Provider Data Operations or Provider Relations to include knowledge of business processes that impact facility/ancillary demographic loading and maintenance 2+ years of experience with core UnitedHealthcare platforms 1+ years of internal or external customer response experience Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree Experience with UHC Secondary Platforms Exposure to PCRL process and workflow tools Understanding of facility and ancillary contract reimbursement methodology Self-directed individual with a proven track record of strong organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to change Strong communication skills Proven ability to meet productivity and efficiency goals

Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $26.63 to $45.72.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
