Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must have a valid Class A CDL with 6 months OTR verifiable experience in the last 3 years
- Meet Arnold’s safety requirements

Company Drivers are needed at Arnold Transportation. We’ve got no-touch freight and a variety of lanes in different areas. Start off driving a late model Navistar or Freightliner and within a year you’ll get upgraded to a new 2022 or 2023 truck! We’ve got new trucks arriving daily. All that’s missing is professional CDL drivers like you!
Our family-oriented team includes a variety of openings. Many areas have home weekly lanes, but we also hire OTR drivers for Dry Van and Reefer freight. Talk to a recruiter for details about lanes available in your area.
Paid Orientation and Travel
Collect $500 Orientation Pay as well as a $200 Walmart Gift Card to make the transition to Arnold. We provide meals during orientation and also offer compensation for travel. Ask the recruiter for details.
