We are always looking for talented, hardworking people to join the E.A. Sween family. We are a family-oriented company that understands the significance of our employees and we are successful because of our incredibly committed team. We are looking for an dedicated individual to join our non CDL Overnight Route Delivery Driver team.

We currently have a $2,000.00 sign on bonus which we pay out $300.00 at the first check following 30 days, $700.00 at first check following 60 days, and $1,000.00 at first check following 120 days.

Route Delivery Driver – 8p – 5a (approximate hours)

Delivery of fresh food products to 7-Eleven- Days, 5 days on, 2 days off schedule. Start time is approximately 9pm and end time is when route is finished.

E.A. Sween Company, also dba Deli Express, operates a Combined Distribution Center in Lewisville, TX. We deliver fresh food daily that includes sandwiches, milk, bread, bakery and other items to convenience stores across Texas 365 days per year.

$22.00per hour


  • 8:00 pm until route is finished. 5 nights on, 2 nights off.
  • Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and extra hours if requested.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age to operate company route truck, comply with D.O.T. regulations and have a valid Texas driver’s license.
  • Six months previous Route delivery driving and backing experience operating a box truck doing a physical job. This is not a sit behind the wheel position.
  • Must be able to unload truck, lift up to 75 pounds on a repetitive basis, push/pull up to 300 lbs of product using a four-wheel dolly.
  • Must have an MVR within established company guidelines.
  • Must be able to speak and understand the English language.
  • Must be able to pass a D.O.T. physical, drug screen and a criminal background check.
  • Must be able to work in CDC temperatures of 38-70 degrees F.
  • Must be able to work in all outside weather conditions.
  • Must be able to perform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and turning, frequent reaching over shoulder height, waist level and from floor.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced night time environment.

  • Quickly deliver fresh food products to convenience stores on an established route.
  • Work in warehouse of 38-70 degrees to load truck, verify order counts and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Provide good customer service, accurate and on time delivery to stores.
  • Safely operate a 24-26 foot straight box truck.
