is hiring CDL A Regional Refrigerated Drivers to join our private fleet, make deliveries to our regional customers, and play an integral role in helping us redefine how to bring fresh, organic, and sustainably farmed produce to market.

Compensation * Average weekly gross pay: $1,300 $1,800 * Base $0.50 CPM practical miles with an average of 1,500 – 2,500 miles per week * Pay rate while being loaded and unloaded: $22/hour * Bonuses * Sign-on bonus: $3,000 paid upon completion of service – $1,500 after 90 days and remaining after completion of a year * Clean Inspection Award: $100; eligible if stopped with no citation or violation * Accident Free Bonus: $500; eligible upon completion of 12 months without an accident * Annual Incentive Bonus: $1,000 based on attendance, workplace conduct, performance, MVR record * Driver referral bonus: $850 paid in 4 instalments * Paid weekly on Fridays.

Weekend availability required.

* Schedule: Typically working 3-5 days a week spending 2-3 nights a week in sleeper * Route Covering: Kansas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Texas, Missouri * Level of Touch: Combination of touch and no touch freight; loading and unloading is required Equipment * 2019 and later Freightliner Cascadias and Internationals * Sleepers and Day Cab * All manual transmissions * Governed speed: 65-70 mph * Inward facing cameras: No Qualifications * High school diploma or GED diploma or equivalent job experience * Must be at least 23 years of age * Must have a valid CDL A license without any of the following restrictions: No semi trailer (O) or intrastate only (K) * Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable experience driving a 36 ft or larger tractor-trailer in the last 5 years * Must be able to work all days of the week and be able to complete overnight deliveries three or more times per week * Must be eligible to work in the United States * Must have basic English proficiency; bi-lingual, English andSpanish preferred * Must be able to perform basic math; basic computer and keyboarding skills preferred * Minimum requirements on driving record: * Moving Violations/Traffic Citations – no more than 3 in the last 3 years * Preventable Accidents (chargeable or not) – no more than 2 in the last 3 years * No DUI/DWIs or reckless driving charges in the last 2 years * Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, including ability to lift 60 lbs.
