Regional ManagerWhat We’re Looking For…A dynamic, service-driven Regional Manager (RM) for our branch office location.

The RM will be responsible for the overall management of all aspects of multiple branch locations and branch GM, including sales, daily operations, coordination of third-party Flooring Installers, employee management, and customer service.

A primary responsibility of this role will be to drive sales, maintain good branch customer service reviews, effectively manage employees as well as Contract business partners, and positively impact branch performance/growth.The right fit for this role will enjoy “rolling up their sleeves” and jumping in to help as well as staying engaged in every aspect of branch operations.

They will have experience driving business growth, as well as managing sales teams, employees, and Independent Contractors.

Skills and experience effectively leading, building rapport, motivating others, and managing teams is imperative to this role.Ideal candidates must be able to effectively articulate sales strategy as well as plan and conduct motivational and educational meetings and training classes to groups and one-on-one.
