Job Responsibilities:
* Leads projects and builds programs to enhance effectiveness of Global TA team
* Serve as a trusted advisor to Sr.

Recruiting leadership and act as the voice of the recruiting to drive interests and alignment with cross functional business partners
* Proactively identify and prioritize recruiting priorities based on business strategy
* Lead maintenance and evolution of Advance Hiring program to drive the reduction of open territories
* Lead and support efforts to connect insights and best practices from People Analytics team into action and execution across the Global Talent Acquisition team
* Partner with the People Analytics team to drive insights on best practices for Talent Acquisition team
* Partner with global BU recruiting leaders to provide the right data and analysis for key meetings with Business leadership
* Drive and support execution of recruiting best practices and disseminate insights across global talent acquisition teams
* Support the development and lead/support rollout of traits models and other recruiting assessment strategies
* Support the development of a global TA onboarding/training strategy by partnering with learning and development to create tools and content
* Support the development and governance of globally consistent processes that position Gartner for Scale
* Perform ad hoc analyses related to our Talent Acquisition capability and to support BU recruiting leaders
* Act as point person on planning and coordination of BU recruiting leader meetings
* Enhance development and deployment of TA reporting and management presentations
* Support resource modeling to ensure we deliver on hiring needs as efficiently as possible, while maintaining resiliency in key areas
* Oversee “Culture of Performance” program, both understanding the best metrics to effectively measure recruiters’ productivity and overseeing the deployment within TA
* Build out and maintain visibility into recruiting pipelines, understanding how pipelines will translate into forecasted hires, as well as flag pipelines that could be a risk based on levels of candidate activity
* Run monthly OneRecruiting meetings for recruiting teams, highlighting key analytical insights and flagging potential risks
* Manage a team of two specialists, providing analytics support, helping prioritize and distribute asks of the team, and supporting and growing their careers within the team and Gartner
What you’ll need:
* Bachelor’s Degree in analytical subject preferred (eg, math, science, engineering, economics, etc.)
* Masters preferred
* 3-8+ years of progressive business experience, preferably in an HR, Strategy, or Business Operations role
* Experience leading successful initiatives collaboratively across business functions.
* Successful track record of superior service delivery in a global environment
* Consistent demonstration of integrity, collaboration, no limits mindset, objectivity, and delivering results consistently using global best practices.
* Ability to effectively engage and lead senior executives, including OC members, in the development of solutions for Gartner s most critical business initiatives
