B2B Account Manager

This is a Full-time position in Garland, TX posted August 22, 2021.

Alto drivers are W-2 employees who receive background checks and training, and its fleet of luxury vehicles is company-owned.

Job Summary:

Alto is seeking an organized self-starter with a genuine interest in delighting customers.

This hire will work directly with our B2B customers, helping to launch Alto within their organization and developing and maintaining a strong relationship.

The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of accounts with a focus on adoption, customer experience, and retention, as well as identifying additional areas of opportunity for partnership.

This position is key in the early development of our Sales organization, informing structure and strategy through suggestions and feedback, as well as actively building new processes.

We are seeking candidates who want to grow with Alto while aggressively growing Alto.

Job Responsibilities:
Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure each account is onboarded effectively.

Provide launch and on-going support to each account, including troubleshooting and responding to questions in a timely manner.

Develop and execute retention plan for B2B customers Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B account key stakeholders Identify and close cross-selling opportunities within existing B2B accounts.

Gain deeper understanding of customer needs and usage habits, passing along key insights and information to Sales leadership Work with our Customer Service team to ensure we are providing world-class customer service to our B2B partners May include travel to our operating Markets (check ridealto.com for most current list)

Qualifications:
2+ years experience in customer facing roles.

Startup experience a plus!

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.

Fast learner, takes initiative and willing to take risk, learning quickly from mistakes Organized and able to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.

Detail oriented, strong problem solving skills and a team player.

“Roll-up your sleeves” attitude and scrappy outlook.
