Job Description Summary:The Henrietta’s Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the operation and staff of the restaurant to maintain the highest level of standards and efficiency.

The Henrietta’s Supervisor is also responsible for overseeing Henrietta’s Market to ensure optimum performance, exceptional guest service and maximum profitability of all functions.

They will train and motivate staff to exceed goals and they will assist in maintaining the La Cantera Resort & Spa standards.

Job Description:Essential Job Functions:Leads and supervises the Henrietta’s teamMaintains a commitment to customer service and guest satisfactionPrepares forecasts and reports and assists in the development of the food & beverage budgetConducts daily lineups before each shiftCommunicates all necessary information to the front and back of house staff for each shiftEnsures physical atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant, including inspecting tabletops and side stationsTakes initiative to develop and execute new promotions, events, etc.Responsible for daily report input and log book entriesEnforces high standards of hygiene and sanitation within the outletsTracks payroll and revenue dailyEnsures the security of monies, credit and financial transactionsSupervises the performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance and conduct of teamMonitors time punches in Workday, ensuring accurate payroll for all associatesImplements strategies to continually improve revenuesAssists with the development, training and inspiration of outlets staff for promotionProvides prompt follow-up to all guest concernsAssists with the design and implementation of training programsWorks with the People Services (HR) team to recruit and hire staffCompletes all proper new hire and termination paperworkOrders all necessary office supplies and ensures proper stocking levelsMaintains a safe and pleasant work environmentRecommends discipline and/or termination when appropriate of team membersAttends appropriate resort, division and department meetingsMaintains a strong knowledge of hospitality trends, especially food & beverageProvides general resort information for guestsUtilizes labor management tools to schedule and control labor costsOffers warm and sincere welcome/farewell for all guests of La Cantera Hill Country ResortMaintains an up to date working knowledge of all resort amenities as well as any special eventsInteracts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary informationUp sells other resort services and amenities to guestsMaintains constant awareness of safety issues, (i.E.

broken glass, frayed electrical cords, leaks, broken locks and suspicious persons).

Reports all safety incidents to on-duty supervisor.Maintains a professional appearance.
