Summary/Objective: As a key part of our Enterprise Solutions Group, the ERP/CE IT Project Manager will help realize Bigge’s business goals by managing the evolution of our industry-leading software solutions.

The IT Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent projects and align the delivery of strategic and functional system enhancements with the ERP roadmap.

Responsibilities include managing the project lifecycle from initiation through deployment, working with the ERP team, internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive projects to successful and timely completion.

Bigge implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 F& O in 2020 and we are broadening the system’s scope as well as accelerating is optimization and enhancement.

This year we are also implementing D365 CE across 5 divisions.

You will be a key player in driving the outcomes to make this happen.

Responsibilities: Responsible for the successful management of ERP/CE projects throughout the project lifecycleParticipate in the ERP steering committee and contribute to the roadmap planning and executionUnderstand Bigge’s operating business and its alignment to ERP functionalityWork with IT business analysts, SMEs, and business stakeholders to solicit and analyze business requirements and desired resultsAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, in collaboration with BAs and stakeholdersDevelop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor and track progressEnsure projects stay on track with the timeline, deliverables and budgetDrive issue-resolution and develop mitigation plansProvide clear, concise ongoing internal communication on project status and timelines to stakeholders at all levelsResponsible for ensuring complete, current project documentation is stored appropriatelyDevelop and implement organizational change management processEstablish, implement and maintain best practices and standards for project management Educational Requirements / Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience5+ years of direct project management experienceMinimum 3-5 years experience managing information technology projects in a complex technical environmentExperience working in a D365 F& O environmentExperience with MS DevOps and LCSUnderstanding of full SDLCPractical working knowledge of PMBOKExperience in an Agile development environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh degree of customer service focusStrong troubleshooting, problem solving and conceptualization skillsProficiency with standard project management tools Benefits: Competitive pay and a matching 401(k) planVacation, Company Holidays, and Sick DaysFlexible spending accounts/Health savings account Bigge provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetics, military or veteran status.
