They are interdisciplinary team players who seek alignment and establish relationships ranging from cross-functional stakeholder groups to existing security teams.Youre Good At:Conducting cybersecurity assessments including gap analysis and roadmap development in multiple contexts, including organizations, product development, and cloud securityImplementing cybersecurity transformation and culture change initiativesDeveloping tailored, customized cyber solutions to address our clients challengeDeveloping cybersecurity strategies, policies, processes, and procedures to protect clients internal infrastructure and their customersUnderstanding data protection, data security, and privacy drivers that influence organizations todayDeveloping cybersecurity business strategies for technology product vendors that are integrated in the organizations overall business strategy and increase revenue and profitsWorking with leadership teams, including facilitating board and senior management cybersecurity awareness workshopsIntegrating security into software, systems, and architectures through shifting left and designing appropriate processes, procedures, methods, and techniques Quantifying progress through cybersecurity measurement and risk quantificationsCreating table top exercisesCreating business continuity and disaster recovery plansWhat You’ll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)Youll Bring:4+ years of practical experience in cybersecurity consulting or project management (with teams of five persons or more) in a financial, healthcare, telecommunications, industrial or government organizationBS in mathematics, natural sciences, information technology, business management, or similar degreeHands-on experience with, or extensive knowledge of some of the following: Developing cybersecurity policies or strategiesManaging cybersecurity riskLeading security assessmentsDesigning, transforming, implementing, and running cybersecurity programDeveloping security architecturesIntegrating security into applications and systems Implementing cloud securityCyber supply chain risk management/third party risk managementDesigning / implementing identity and access managementDeveloping cybersecurity workforceDelivering cybersecurity culture change, awareness, and trainingPerforming continuous monitoring activities such as using SIEM tools, APT hunting, implementing UBA, etcDesigning / implementing vulnerability management, including conducting vulnerability assessmentsPerforming penetration testing, incident management, BCP, and/or DRPBroad knowledge of cybersecurity technologies throughout organizational and acquisition lifecycleWorking knowledge of at least two different cybersecurity frameworks:NIST Cybersecurity FrameworkC2M2NIST SP 800-53 and companion publicationISO/IEC 27000 family of standards, etc.Cloud Security Alliance CCTeam-oriented attitudeStrong communication and presentation skillsOutstanding analytical and conceptual skillsA results orientated mindsetConfidence and persuasivenessBusiness-fluent written and spoken English language skillsWillingness to travel around the globe to work with clients and BCG teams.

At times, this role involves significant travel to client sites.
