Internally, the Business Operations Manager will interact with other areas of business (finance, legal, HR, marketing, and Information Technology) to ensure cooperation and consistency across the sales organization with key company objectives. This position will exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining the desired results.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:* Provides a timely delivery of accurate and actionable business information for the sales team and management.* Contributes to the efforts related to sales systems development, commission administration and sales analytics.* Proactively identifies opportunities for sales support process improvement.* Works closely with management to inspect sales process quality and prioritizes opportunities for improvement.* Assists management in understanding bottlenecks or inconsistencies with process and procedure.* Facilitates continuous process improvement with the Sales Support Team.* Documents Sales Support policies and procedures.* Monitors the accuracy of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.* Recommends revisions to existing reports or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed to help the sales team reach their goals.* Monitors the assigned sales organization’s compliance with required SafeVision’s policy and procedure.* Works closely with sales management to optimize the effectiveness of technology investments.* Assists with the efficient use of technology and training resources for the Sales Support Team that impact the sales organization.* Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency with the sales organization’s planning efforts.* Fosters close, cooperative relationships with peer leaders, sales management, and sales support personnel.* Ensures the accuracy and integrity of data provided through Sales Support.* Manages all provider payments of dispensing fees.* Manages the billing and credit processes for SafeVision* Works directly with customers of SafeVision to ensure a thorough understanding of processes.* Works with the Sales Support Team to ensure the team functions with a customer centric mindset* Recruits talent for the Sales Support Team as needed to replace team members that are deficient in their responsibilities to deliver on expectations of providing an exceptional customer experience.QUALIFICATIONSEducation* BBA, BAS, BBS in finance or business-related field required.Experience* Minimum of 4 years in Sales Operations* Experience leading change* Experience with CRM, ICM, and Sales tools* Experienced in sales compensation management* Experience in process improvement and technologies* Experience in pricing and profitability analysisSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES* Fosters a customer-focused culture to both internal and external customers alike.* Proficient in sales analytics, pricing, commissions, and technology.* Ability to lead the activities of sales operations team (developer, administrators & analysts).* Ability to multi-task projects and objectives.* Strong leadership skills.* Highly organized and detail orientated.* Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively verbally and written.* Strong problem-solving, analytical and collaborative skills.* Meeting management and group process facilitation skills.* Experience using professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways by analysis of situations or data through an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.NON EXCLUSIVEThe duties outlined in this document are not limited to what is presented and are not exclusive.
