If so, then we have the opportunity for you! We are seeking a C Store and School Districts Sales Manager who is a talented sales professional with proven experience in developing brands, who is willing to succeed and grow with us.

This position is responsible for conducting sales activity and stablishing key customer relationships focused on C Stores and School District for Tajin Brand, the #1 fruit seasoning in the U.S.

You will be based in our West Houston corporate office. Territory: National, with focus in California, Texas, Chicago, Georgia, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, Florida, New York, and New Jersey Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:C StoreDevelop and implement the distribution strategy for C Store channel in the U.S.Responsible for achieving sales, distribution, and penetration goals.Create a business plan by region, chain, and distributors including timelines for implementation.Align with DSD/Distributor team through participation in retail meetings as well as field visits with appropriate management.Attend sales meetings, training sessions, food shows, and industry events to network with prospective accounts. School DistrictResponsible for achieving sales, distribution, and penetration goals.Track brand penetration and expand usage within current and future accounts.Identify risks and opportunities and proposed sales plans of actions in sales pipeline.Plan, schedule and manage trade shows according to sales plan.Compile notes/leads and follow up activities from trade shows nationally with emails, phone calls and personal visits as needed.Responsible for tracking, completing, and submitting food service, school district and distributor bids. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from four year College or University preferred.Minimum of 5 years C Store sales experience.School district sales experience desirable but not required.Highly organized with strong sales aptitude.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Able to travel via car or airplane and others.Able to carry and set up displays for trade and food shows.Able to occasionally lift/carry items as heavy as 50 pounds.Majority of time will be in the Houston office performing inside sales.

Hours are 9 am to 6 pm.Travel approximately 10%+ trade shows per year to various states. Benefits: We offer unprecedented benefits to our employees.
