What youll achieve:
As a Client Solutions Technical Program Management Consultant, you will drive the development and implementation of new and exciting software products and services, working closely with marketing, engineering, and other support groups in cross-functional teams to manage the entire lifecycle of highly complex, high-impact projects.
You will:
Lead multiple cross-functional, worldwide core team(s), kick off programs, establish schedules and drive meetings to deliver a service(s) or solution(s) to external custom
Drive core teams to meet or exceed program objectives (Cost, Quality, Schedule, Features, Fulfillment, Solution delivery across products & service offerings, and Customer Specific Needs).
Develop & manage Offer Lifecycle deliverables, schedule timely executive reviews, and deliver phase exit reviews along with interim updates. Track progress, report status and makes necessary corrections to achieve program objectives
Manage major risks and issues through effective contingency planning and proper escalation

Essential Requirements
Strong leadership and core program management skills including demonstrated track record of quality delivery, project and program management, interpersonal relationship building and influencing skills
Strong communication skills for regular interaction with leadership on risk assessment, project status, and KPI attainment
Understanding of Software Development processes and methodologies
Focus on building positive, productive working relationships with stakeholders and core teams, and being a trusted business partner
Organizational skills, thought leadership, and ability to influence through large scale cross functional teams to deliver outcomes
Solid experience with Software Development release planning practices
Desirable Requirements
PMP Certified
MBA and/or BS in Computer Science
10 + Years?of industry experience in SW Program Management
